Fast Lane Prizes — Promotional Sweepstakes Official Rules

Please read these Official Rules before entering. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules.

1) Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and operated by Fast Lane Prizes (“Sponsor”).

2) Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

3) Entry Period

The giveaway begins on the date/time shown on the Promotional Sweepstakes page and ends when all tickets are sold or on the posted end date/time, whichever occurs first.

4) How to Enter

A) Paid Entry (Optional)

Enter by purchasing Promotional entries on the official Fast Lane Prizes website during the Entry Period.

B) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchase, handwrite the following on a 3” x 5” card:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Phone number

Mail in a standard envelope to:

Fast Lane Prizes — Free Entry
[ADD YOUR MAILING ADDRESS OR PO BOX HERE]
[City, State ZIP]

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and must be received before the end of the Entry Period. Mail-in entries have the same odds as paid entries.

5) Prize

The prize is the item described on the promotional sweepstakes page (“Prize”). Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, registration, title, licensing, delivery, or other costs.

6) Winner Selection

Winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing may be live-streamed or recorded.

7) Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8) Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 5 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9) Publicity

By accepting the Prize, winner agrees Sponsor may use winner’s name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10) Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; website interruptions; or any other issues beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11) Disputes / Texas Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Texas.

12) Not Affiliated

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any platform or payment processor used to process entries (including Stripe).
